Our Mission in Action
In 2025, DT Cares continued our commitment to empowering underserved youth in Hartford County, CT through comprehensive mentorship, life skills training, and culturally responsive wellness education. Our programs reached more students than ever before, creating lasting positive impact in their lives, families, and communities.
Through partnerships with local schools and community organizations, we delivered holistic programming that addresses the unique challenges facing today's youth while celebrating their strengths and cultural identities.
